Nagual Consulting was established to bridge the gap between training consultants and research providers.

Clients often know instinctively when there is a staff problem, but sometimes mere training or coaching is not enough, or fail to address the real issue.

We use research to dig that bit deeper – ensuring we get to the root of problems and solve them for good.

It was our desire to make fundamental differences and really improve people performance that motivated us to form Nagual Consulting.

Nagual is the Mexican spirit that helps you achieve your true potential.

Matt Turner

Matt has worked for over 7 years in performance development, covering a wide variety of subjects, formats and levels.

Before that he worked for over 12 years in agency groups including Ogilvy & Mather and Bates – including stints in Mexico, Chile and Argentina.

He is currently studying for an MSc in Psychological Research Methods and when not working enjoys his family, walking his Wheaten Terrier, cooking, football, rowing and a bit of Xbox.

Bea Mitchell

Bea has worked in agencies and as a free-lance copywriter and creative for the past 15 years.

She is trained in drama and specialises in voice work.

This is why, when she can find the time, she likes acting, painting, writing novels and short stories.
