This is an excellent way to gather really top quality feedback as any points that require expansion or clarification can be dealt with simultaneously. A rapport is developed between both parties giving greater confidence and quality of response.
360 Feedback On-line research collection By providing a safe and secure on-line response system, participants can be safe in the knowledge that their responses are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
360 Feedback Face-to-Face We will conduct a series interviews face-to-face. The benefit of this type of feedback is that the timeframe can be contained more tightly and sensitive issues can be dealt with in an appropriate and sympathetic manner. It also allows visual cues to be carefully, sensitively covered.
